Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act, with background and credit checks.
• Ability to build relationships and educate clients on banking products and services.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
