Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking Relationship Bankers who build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels while delivering a digital-first experience.

You’ll assess banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and guide clients toward solutions aligned with their goals. In this role you open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on self-service digital tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years in retail banking.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Effective engagement and communication with clients.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to uncover a customer's true needs with a digital-first mindset.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
