Qualifications

• Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers.

Responsibilities

• Provides services for Banking Center customers and assists the team in achieving sales, service and operations goals.
• Processes customer-related financial transactions in compliance with bank rules and policies.
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products through needs-based conversations to build relationships.
• Performs routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cash, loan payments).
• Supports segmentation and growth initiatives; aims to meet/exceed individual and team targets.
