You will open accounts, process requests, and educate clients about digital tools while upholding banking policies and delivering excellent service. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, understanding client needs, and building strong relationships within a supportive branch team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual engagements.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital channels and recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate information and adhere to banking policies and procedures.
• Partner with branch team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
