Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, info changes, PIN reset, checks).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists team members with tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follow bank processes and regulations, manage operational risks.
