The role involves rotating to Sun Health about 30% of the time, selling bank products, cross-selling, and referring clients to partners. Notary certification within 30 days is required and prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience in a customer contact position with emphasis on sales of products and services required.
• Minimum one year of cash handling experience required.
• Previous lending experience preferred.
• Notary Public certification within 30 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Based at Camelback location with about 30% rotation to Sun Health for coverage.
• Provide personalized customer service and build relationships while meeting sales/sevice standards.
• Open new accounts (IRAs and HSAs), process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and other transactions.
• Process loan applications accurately and timely.
• Identify customer needs and provide information on products and services that meet those needs.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Monitor customer activity for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Refer customers to Bank business partners for solutions.
