Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in sales/operations may substitute degree.
• 1 year of cash handling experience.
• 1 year of Banking experience and knowledge of account opening procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional customer service.
• Open all types of accounts and process credit applications.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to specialists as needed.
• Support teller operations and balance cash drawer.
• Adhere to banking regulations and internal controls.
