Job summary

Lone Star National Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to assist customers with routine banking needs, including opening accounts and processing transactions, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service quality.

This role supports branch operations, cross-sells bank products, and provides a positive customer experience with attention to detail and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 1 year of financial service industry experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with BSA/CIP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and process transactions.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are met accurately.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Support teller line to maintain service flow.
• Provide strong customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Follow internal controls and risk mitigation practices.
