Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission, engaging customers with friendly, professional, solution oriented service.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services, educating customers and cross-selling to meet financial needs.
• Present a professional demeanor to establish trust, assess customer needs, and recommend financial solutions.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products to customers.
• Demonstrate online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet customer expectations and achieve service quality standards; participate in sales referral process and coaching of branch staff.
• Perform transactions efficiently, balance cash drawer, and use teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller, manage currency/coin orders and distributions.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report significant matters to management while ensuring compliance.
• Adhere to code of conduct and bank policies.
