Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution, lead management, and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products to customers.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities to customers.
• Balance cash drawer, operate teller equipment, and manage currency/coin distribution.
• Serve as Vault Teller, ensuring adequate branch cash levels and compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report significant issues and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
