Responsibilities include asking personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations, calling leads, visiting businesses for workplace banking, and meeting daily performance

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail environment with customer interactions and product recommendations.
