Job summary

Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing transactions, promoting banking products, and achieving daily sales goals. NMLS licensing may be required, with company support to obtain it, and a strong emphasis on cash handling and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to identify customer needs to recommend banking products.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a result-driven environment.
• Customer service experience and cash handling familiarity preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Basic math, computer, and typing skills to navigate banking systems.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by identifying financial needs and recommending bank products.
• Serve as primary contact for account openings and transactions.
• Educate customers on banking tools and digital platforms.
• Promote checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and other products to meet sales targets.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies.
• Refer customers to other lines of business as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers.
