Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to identify customer needs to recommend banking products.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a results-driven environment.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn banking systems and count U.S. currency.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by identifying their financial needs and offering bank products.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers with account openings and transactions.
• Educate customers on banking tools and digital platforms.
• Promote checking accounts, loans, credit cards, and other products.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer; research discrepancies.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for banking products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Make outbound calls and meet sales targets.
