Responsibilities

• Open a wide variety of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Take loan/line of credit applications and make referrals to product line specialists (e.g., mortgage, wealth management).
• Identify and cross-sell additional bank services and products.
• Assist clients with account maintenance, online and mobile banking, wire transfers, debit cards, and overdraft assistance.
• Educate and profile clients using bank systems and maintain sales tracking and client onboarding.
