Qualifications

• Position requires cross-training as a Customer Service Teller and ability to be cross-utilized.

Responsibilities

• Open a wide variety of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Take loan/line of credit applications and referrals to product line specialists.
• Assist clients with account maintenance, online and mobile services, wires, debit cards, and overdraft support.
• Cross-sell bank services and educate clients on CDARS and IRA accounts when appropriate.
• Provide teller duties as needed and organize sales tracking and client follow-up.
• Adhere to bank policies and security procedures.
