The role emphasizes welcoming clients, processing routine transactions, and opening consumer or business accounts, while educating customers on self-service tools. The position requires strong communication, sales mindset, and knowledge of bank products, with precedence on delivering excellent service and cross-selling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z; background and credit check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Leverages resources to optimize client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
