Qualifications

• Six months cash-handling experience
• 10-key by touch
• Good number skills and mathematical ability
• Accurate typing
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains excellent business and retail customer relations.
• Provides customer service, processes transactions, handles cash, opens/closes accounts.
• Educates customers about bank products and services; handles inquiries on banking.
• Collaborates with other departments to assist customers and refer as needed.
• Delivers services in line with Bank policies and procedures.
