You will handle teller-like transactions, open accounts, cross-sell services, and refer to affiliates while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• One year certificate for a college or technical school.
• 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• OR combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Regular standing and walking.
• Utilizing hands & arms.
• Ability to talk & hear.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs, including processing transactions.
• Manage accounts and refer to affiliates.
