Job summary

United Bank of Michigan in Caledonia, MI is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to build relationships with customers and help them achieve financial goals. You will assist customers with everyday banking needs, process transactions, and refer to affiliate services as appropriate.

You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by opening new accounts, cross-selling services, and resolving problems with attention to detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• One year certificate for a college or technical school.
• 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• OR combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Regular standing and walking.
• Utilizing hands & arms.
• Ability to talk & hear.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression our customers have of United Bank.
• Assist customers with banking needs, including processing transactions and managing accounts.
• Refer to affiliates and other general office tasks.
• Cross-sell services and resolve problems while maintaining compliance.
