Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs, including processing transactions and managing accounts.
• Cross-sell services and assist with loans to meet customers' financial objectives.
• Coordinate branch staff work assignments and supervise daily branch operations.
• Coach and develop branch employees to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance and participate in special projects as assigned.
