Qualifications

• One year certificate for a college or technical school.
• 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• OR combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Regular standing and walking.

• Ability to talk & hear.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs, including processing transactions and managing accounts.
• Refer to affiliates and other general office and banking tasks.
• Cross-sell services and help loans for customer relationships.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive account retention.
• Follow instructions and adapt to new tasks while maintaining accuracy.
