Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of successful experience in a sales and service environment.
• Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative conversations with customers to build rapport.
• Accurately process customer transactions including check cashing and deposits.
• Cross-sell bank deposit and loan products to customers.
