Qualifications

Strong sales mindset with track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Experience cross-selling bank products and services to grow relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and identify banking needs.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals for loans, deposits, and referrals.
Proactively contact customers to onboard and develop new relationships.
Cross-sell products and services to existing customers to deepen relationships.
Support branch operations and teamwork to achieve center goals.
