Job summary

Broadway Bank in Leon Springs is seeking a Relationship Banker I/II/III to deliver an exceptional banking experience and build enduring customer relationships. You will handle transactions, account openings, servicing, and loan processing while advising clients on Broadway’s deposit and loan products.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, outbound outreach, and achieving sales goals, with collaboration across branches and teams. Travel within the bank's geographic area may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or consultative sales experience required.
• Proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.
• Experience using personal computers including MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive banking services including transactions, account openings, servicing, and loan processing.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service; resolve client concerns directly or via referrals.
• Engage customers to build lasting relationships through questions and active listening.
• Maintain deep expertise in Broadway deposit and loan products to educate and advise customers.
• Achieve sales goals by understanding customer financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build relationships via outbound calls for service, sales, and onboarding.
• Use CRM to capture client information, schedule follow-ups, and identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Broadway bankers and LOB partners to connect customers with experts.
• Manage risk and adhere to security policies; maintain confidentiality.
• Meet retail objectives and review goals with Financial Center Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned; travel within the bank's geographic area as needed.
