Job summary

Broadway Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker at the Main Financial Center to deliver a full range of banking services and build lasting customer relationships. You will process transactions, open accounts, and guide clients with deposit and loan products.

Strong communication and CRM skills are essential to meet sales and service goals. Candidates should have retail or consultative sales experience, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and a high school diploma; a 4-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or consultative sales experience.
• Sales and service experience with proven success in meeting sales goals.
• Experience using personal computers (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework a plus.
• 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive banking services including transactions processing and account opening.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service and resolve client concerns or referrals.
• Engage customers to build lasting relationships through open-ended questions and listening.
• Educate customers on deposit and loan products and tailor solutions.
• Achieve sales goals by understanding financial needs and presenting Broadway products.
• Build relationships via outbound calls for service, sales, and onboarding.
• Utilize CRM to capture data, schedule follow-ups, and identify next sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Broadway bankers and LOB partners to connect clients with experts.
• Manage risk, adhere to security policies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Support retail objectives and review goals with the Financial Center Manager.
• Travel within the Bank's geographic area may be required.
