Job summary

Broadway Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I/II/III at Stone Oak Financial Center to deliver a full range of banking services and build lasting customer relationships. You will engage customers, educate on deposit and loan products, and drive sales while leveraging CRM tools and collaborating with LOB partners.

The role emphasizes attentive service, risk management, and meeting performance goals within the Retail FC division. Some travel within the bank's geographic area may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive banking services including transactions processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and refer or resolve client concerns.
• Engage customers through personal connections and active listening to build relationships.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Broadway deposit and loan products to educate customers.
• Achieve sales goals by understanding customer financial needs and offering tailored Broadway products and services.
