Job summary

The Croghan Colonial Bank in Oregon, OH is seeking a Universal Banker to build and strengthen customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and recommend appropriate banking solutions. The role requires active engagement with customers to understand needs and promote CCB products.

The position is full-time, on-site, with hours Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday shifts. Travel to other banking centers may be required to support team sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of banking experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Proactively discovers needs and recommends appropriate products and services

• Complies with laws and regulations including BSA/Patriot Act/OFAC
• Ability to travel to assist at other banking centers as needed
