Job summary

First Financial Bank in Ohio seeks a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by opening accounts, handling teller duties, and referring to internal partners as needed. You will engage clients in person, by phone, and via email to deliver the First Financial Bank Experience.

This role partners with Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial and Treasury Management teams to meet sales, service, and referral goals while maintaining compliance and risk standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in coaching and mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years of sales and service with achievement of sales goals in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as required by management.
• Engage clients through active calling, conversations, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide service or solutions.
• Adhere to compliance and risk management standards.
• Assist clients via branch, drive-thru, phone and email.
• Build client relationships and contribute to sales/referral goals.
