Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission with friendly, professional, solution oriented service.
• Educate customers on bank products and services and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust and assess customer needs.
• Meet with customers for financial needs assessments, open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loan products.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet customer expectations and support CRA initiatives; assist in coaching staff.
• Handle transactions efficiently with cash drawer, tellers equipment, and balance cash levels.
• Serve as Vault Teller managing currency and coin orders within limits.
• Participate in community events and CRA activities.
• Report significant issues to management and comply with regulations.
• Adhere to code of conduct and bank policies.
