Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire new banking relationships and open new accounts.
• Retain and deepen relationships; identify needs and offer financial solutions.
• Refer clients to internal partners (cash management, mortgage, wealth management).
• Provide account servicing and maintenance; resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions to improve safety and convenience.
• Adhere to all bank procedures and industry regulations.
