Job summary

• Builds relationships with customers through frequent interactions and proactive outreach to ensure satisfaction.
• Educates customers on using available access channels and digital banking tools.
• Engages in local business development and community events to raise branch visibility and drive business.
• Resolves difficult customer situations with professionalism and outstanding service.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Keeps up-to-date on deposit products, loans, and electronic services across delivery channels.
• Adheres to telephone standards and maintains confidentiality and trust.
• May support multiple branches as needed.
