You will assess customer needs, explain deposit and loan products, and ensure accurate data collection while adhering to regulatory requirements. The role may require relocation or work at nearby branches and ongoing compliance with NMLS and SAFEs Act standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–4+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Must have NMLS registration and comply with SAFE Act and Regulation Z.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and services aligned with customer goals.
• Accurately obtain and process customer and account information; educate clients on digital tools.
• Willingness to work at other nearby locations when needed.
