Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or equivalent
• 6+ years experience as a relationship banker
• FIS banking software experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new client relationships through outside calling efforts and community involvement; actively participate in company events
• Establish and maintain relationships with centers of influence (attorneys, CPAs) in the community; develop client referral sources
• Identify and recognize the banking, lending, trust and investment needs of clients and meet those needs with appropriate services
• Remain knowledgeable of the current economic environment, emerging financial issues and regulatory changes
• Recommend and advise clients regarding a variety of deposit accounts and other banking services
• Recommend and advise business clients on services such as sweep accounts, remote deposit services, Internet banking, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policy procedures; ensure dual control and CTR/SAR preparation as required
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and resolve discrepancies timely
• Perform other duties as assigned
