Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Recommend cross-sell of Bank products and services; meet weekly sales/referral goals.
• Enter referrals and maintain data quality in branch systems.
• Perform teller and routine operational duties per policies.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
• Support risk management by following the bank's risk policies and procedures.
