Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in PC software.
• Basic MS Word and intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Experience in a related banking position.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations for bank products and services and refer leads.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Use FNB digital products in customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Complete and manage lifecycle of relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Support additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance in daily work.
