Qualifications

• Sales experience to identify customer needs and promote banking products.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a results-driven environment.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
• Basic math, computer and typing skills for banking systems.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an NMLS license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by proactively identifying financial needs.
• Serve as primary contact for account openings and transactions.
• Educate customers on banking tools and digital platforms.
• Promote checking, loan, credit card and other products to meet goals.
• Maintain professionalism, listen actively, and resolve concerns.
• Process transactions accurately and adhere to policies.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies.
• Refer customers to other lines of business as needed.
• Keep knowledge of products and promotions up to date.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets.
