Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to grow and maintain client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service. The RB will actively engage customers, recommend bank products, and coordinate with partners to meet diverse financial needs.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma/GED and at least one year of customer-facing experience, with the ability to travel for occasional meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED and strong customer-facing experience.
• NMLS registration required after employment; licensing process will be completed per policy.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to use social media for brand awareness and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend Simmons resources, including in-branch and digital services, to customers.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound activities.
• Open and close accounts, assist with selecting suitable accounts, and ensure CIP/BSA compliance.
• Handle consumer loan inquiries, explain policies, and support loan portfolio needs.
• Refer clients to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage, and advisory services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive engagement and excellent service quality.
• Complete compliance training and perform all tasks accurately and professionally.
