Camden National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker Float to service multiple locations with a focus on relationship building and cross-selling bank products. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer engagement, and adherence to policies while supporting tellers and sales goals.

The position offers pay based on experience and location, with potential travel between branches. A focus on service quality and continuous learning is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Willingness to learn and speak with customers about products and services and to learn cross‑selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use a computer and perform numeric data processing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the banking center by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Handle all customer facing activities including new accounts, maintenance, problem resolution and service/sales events.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of bank products and services and build trusted relationships.
• May perform teller transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
