Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teller Operations: support head teller and serve as first-line for teller line operations.
• Deliver professional, courteous service and timeliness in customer interactions.
• Process transactions: checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, cashier's checks, stop payments.
• Follow bank policies, protect customer confidentiality and security protocols.
• Meet product referral and cross-selling targets to support growth.
• Balance cash drawer and perform day-end processing and reports.
• Open new accounts for consumers and businesses; service existing accounts.
• Resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and cross-sell products.
• Support branch goals related to loans, deposits, and income growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
