Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and cross-selling Bank products.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Performs routine teller transactions and other operational duties following policies.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Serve as risk managers by understanding and reporting daily risks as required by FNB's program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
