• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking or ATM).
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients as needed.
• Have in-depth conversations with clients to understand financial goals and connect them to suitable solutions.
• Grow knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
