Qualifications

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet risk and compliance obligations and complete required training.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first; deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Explain products and services and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients on technology tools such as Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Coordinate with team for specialized financial needs and referrals.
