JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality while delivering fintech-enabled banking solutions. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor solutions for clients’ financial needs and goals.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and by phone, educating them on Chase technology, and collaborating with experts for complex needs.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and ensure consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk tolerances and complete required training to meet compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses) with JPMorganChase program within 180 days of hire.

• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and connect them with experts for specialized needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult and collaborate with team members on financial solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
