Job summary

Bank of America is hiring to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. You will build relationships to identify client needs and connect them to suitable financial solutions, while managing center traffic and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

The role requires flexibility for weekend/extended hours and potential relocation within reasonable commuting distance. Base pay is competitive with benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred (six months).
• Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services/solutions knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby and educate on self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM).
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships to identify client needs and connect to banking solutions.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to support client experience.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and risk culture in daily activities.
