Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch. You will represent the brand with hospitality, leveraging banking solutions and technology to manage and grow client relationships.

You will address financial needs, offer thoughtful solutions, and contribute to branch success. The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible branch hours. Industry licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire; training will be provided to meet

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
Ability to create memorable client experiences.
Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within risk parameters and complete training.
High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
