• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• First-shift availability

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Conduct deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
• Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence
• Build client relationships to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes and guidelines while complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and networks
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
