Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experiences.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulatory requirements and training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to build trust and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient access.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
