Job summary

You will process teller transactions, identify cross-sell opportunities, educate customers on digital tools, and support branch goals in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6–12 months of retail banking or sales experience with a track record of performance.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to meet customer needs.
• Proficient in using digital platforms and basic math.
