Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients across channels to provide counsel with a digital-first mindset.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and suggests solutions based on goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging digital self-service options to meet their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
• Greet clients and ensure an optimal client experience with accurate processing of transactions.
