Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and services.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Knowledge of branch policies and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service options.
